Processing times do not include shipping time - please get in touch if you have a deadline for delivery and confirm production and shipping estimates before ordering.
Our system is set up with a "handling fee” percentage added at checkout for all USA orders that will pre-pay the duty on all products. They are paid before the package leaves Australia and in cases where there is issue, the package is returned to our studio before exiting Australia so there is no chance of surprise tariff charges and we will resolve that with customs and re-ship.
Please note, your particular state my have other import fees and taxes not covered under this system so please be aware of those prior to purchase.
Sigh, this is an annoying feature of this platform - because of the vastly different weights and shipping costs of a sticker vs a brooch or necklace and our desire to price those things accurately, this is the result. They system isn’t sophisticated enough to collate them without causing other issues so we have accepted this as is for now.

Australia Post Parcel and Letter post for both Domestic and International deliveries.
Parcel post comes with tracking and will deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect. You will be provided with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Letter (used for stickers only) has no tracking.

Australia: 2 - 6 business days
New Zealand: 9 - 15 business days
Canada: 15 - 25 business days
United States: 10 - 20 business days
United Kingdom: 9 - 25 business days (please get in touch to arrange).
Europe: 10 - 20 business days
Japan: 8 - 18 business days
You will find you are unable to complete checkout on this website (sorry) this is due to the new VAT laws in place as of January 1st 2021. But fear not! You can order via the High Gloss Trash Etsy store which will allow VAT to be collected upon purchase and your order to be shipped. You can use Etsy as a guest (no account creation required). And I will have a small number of any pieces within a release set aside so that you are not left out.
Please be aware that all customs, import duty and taxes related to your purchase are the responsibility of the buyer and you may be required to pay them before being able to receive your item. I am unable to predict when these will apply to you and I cannot mark items as gifts or of lower values that they are to help you avoid these charges.
I reserve the right to choose the best shipping method should your chosen method be experiencing delays, suspension or other delivery issues as notified by a provider at the time of booking - this will be done at no extra cost to you and will include tracking should your original choice have contained tracking also. This will only be done in extreme circumstances.
